I received my Super 60 in Original Vintage Burst yesterday - a replacement for the same guitar in Burgundy Mist which had a slight problem with the vibrato post. Regardless of the problem, these guitars sound like really good Strats, are incredibly versatile tonally, and look and feel magnificent. Great value for money too! The best thing, though, is the support you will receive from Fret King / JHS - it really is second to none. Buy with confidence - you won't regret it

hey Smet. I haven't had a problem with any of my two Fret-Kings, but  having been in contact with the people at Fret-King a number of times with all kinds of questions I can say that you are absolutely right! They reply very quickly, are very customer friendly and don't seem to be bothered by me asking silly questions. I had trouble getting a case for my Esprit because the Dutch distributor doesn't seem to care that much about customer service (he doesn't do much good for Fret-King in Holland, I can tell you that!!) So I turned to JHS and was helped by the managing director himself. Mr Dennis Drumm made sure I got a Hiscox case for my beloved guitars. So ........ very friendly and customer oriented people at Fret-King (JHS)

I beg to differ. I've emailed them twice so far but to no avail. Got any tips on how to attract their attention?

try to contact Dennis Drumm, he's the managing director at JHS and really very helpful and kind. He's helped me out twice. Now where do you get the managing director to deal with clients?

Hi FlossyFretFingers,
What is the problem with your guitar?
Have you called JHS? - 0

We will always try and help you out, and as previously stated, how often does an MD of a company actually deal with the customers?!

Regards
Mike

Hi Mike.
The rear control panel cover on my new Eclat 2 is warped so doesn't sit flush with the body. I don't know if you have any problems with your email system but I didn't get a reply to the two that I sent.
I took Rob's advice and emailed JHS who told me to contact the store who sold the guitar. The store have informed me they are looking into availabilty of the part. Fingers crossed...
Nic.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting for this part! I guess black plastic must be a scarce commodity in the UK at the moment?
I've emailed JHS in the hope that my wait will soon be over...

Finally after a 6 month wait my part has arrived. The screw holes don't line up but at least it's here. Good job it wasn't something essential to prevent me from gigging the guitar eh?
